As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to lead their growth initiatives and manage their team of Account Managers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the private and public sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and deliver exceptional service to our clients. 

Ideally you will possess:

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
