About the Role
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance and lead a small but dedicated team.
- Guide and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Act as a senior point of contact for major clients, ensuring value and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
