- Helping with the tendering, procurement and administration of contracts
- Liaising and working with internal and external consultants
- General project administration including cost monitoring
- Coordination and setting up project meetings

Ideally we are looking for someone with the following key attributes:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Residential Property Development or Project Management
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Project Management or Quantity Surveying
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Good technical awareness across the full development life-cycle including initial feasibility analysis, procurement, construction contract management, master-planning, consenting, sales and marketing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- True team player and experience working with diverse communities and cultures – specifically Māori and Pasifika
To ensure the impact of the regeneration will span generations, TRC is focused on achieving equitable outcomes and building Mana Motuhake in the community. It is this shared vision within the organisation that makes working at TRC a unique and rewarding experience.
