SWR Group is partnering with Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) to appoint a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure at an exciting stage in its delivery programme. With growing activity across the programme, this is an opportunity to take a significant role in projects that will shape Glen Innes, Point England and Panmure for generations.
The opportunity TRC’s long-term regeneration programme aims to enable 10,500 homes, alongside improvements to streets, parks, transport connections and community spaces. Reporting to the Infrastructure Delivery Function Lead within Development and Infrastructure, you will lead selected complex civil and land development projects, support delivery across the wider portfolio and guide project management resources. You will also deputise for the Function Lead when required, combining hands-on delivery with people leadership and governance-level influence.
About the role

- Align infrastructure delivery with housing programmes and resolve dependencies across projects and delivery partners.

About you You bring a strong record of delivering complex civil infrastructure or land development projects, backed by a relevant tertiary qualification and at least ten years’ relevant experience.
