In this key role with Summerset, you will not only manage and administer the organisations remuneration and benefits policies and practices, but also be involved in the project management, development and execution of new remuneration initiatives.
Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, you will be expected to partner closely with the wider People and Culture team to deliver effective remuneration and benefits solutions including the remuneration and incentives review processes, supporting the annual budgeting and collective bargaining strategies and leading their job sizing process. In addition, you analytical experience will shine in the monthly & quarterly P&C reporting and analysis that you will produce that provides key stakeholders with up-to-date and relevant information and more importantly regular relevant market information to allow them to make informed decisions. The role will also be a key contributor to diverse people and culture projects, as part of wider team initiatives.
You’ll ideally already have at least three years’ experience across remuneration and benefits or a people focused role that includes significant involvement in the remuneration and benefits function. You will be personable, engaging, connected and thrive on delivering outcomes. Ideally you will have previously worked in business partnering and/or HRIS roles, therefore bringing commercial and analytical experience of helping businesses achieve strategic goals and be able to navigate effectively between the operational and strategic.
