This ensures that you truly understand the key drivers and success components of a relational business. As part of Studio Pacific Architecture’s Leadership team, you will utilise your well-honed leadership skills and commercial acumen to enhance the value that your team brings to the organisation. The span of your control will extend
across a number of key parts of the business, requiring your experience to be ideally wider than just Finance.

You will inspire the senior management team’s confidence through proven commercial business focus, and as a commercially astute finance practitioner with experience operating effectively at this level. You will oversee the development of the financial strategy integrated with the business plans, and ensure that the financial systems and processes in place are ‘fit
for purpose’. This will include your ability to implement and successfully deliver a business partner model including insights, to the Practice.

Other critical experience includes:

  • Proven development and leadership of a finance, and wider team, to the delivery of outcomes, and positive engagement and contributions across the organisation at all levels, is essential.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role that will include a high level of engagement with, and reporting to, a senior leadership team and a Board, in particular, the technical strength to present confidently and accurately.
  • CA or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Experience in the Professional Services sector and/or evidence of alignment with operating in a relational driven entity would also be advantageous.
