We are seeking an expert in best practice fundraising and marketing to develop, deliver and manage a fundraising and development strategy for our client. This role has a particular emphasis on fundraising and will lead the stewardship of donors, and the development of a major gifts and bequests pipeline and program.
The Fundraising Manager is an exciting end to end fundraising role that offers the opportunity to formulate strategy, and thereafter utilise your excellent communication skills (written and verbal), to construct multi-channel personalised communications that will consistently acquire, reactivate and retain donors.
We are looking for someone with flair and initiative, exemplary stakeholder engagement skills, strong attention to detail and experience with databases, in particular segmenting and analysing data to maximise business objectives. Our client is within the education sector however knowledge of commercial and community networks, along with trusts and grant organisations, in the Wellington region would be ideal.
The goal is to deliver a growing contribution of donor revenue, to ensure our client can achieve its long term goals. Success will be rewarded through a base salary plus annual bonus structure, five weeks annual leave and the opportunity for flexible working arrangements.
