As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive, you must be a genuine contributor at that level including Board reporting as required and building strong mutually beneficial relationships that allow you to be considered a trusted advisor across the business leaders. This is in order to assist them with delivering their business objectives, while ensuring the “People” are at the core of those objectives. Your success will be achieved through developing effective relationships with the other Executive and Regional Manager’s so that they can realise the potential of their teams and deliver their business objectives.

With a primarily technical workforce, and an organisation that is reliant on the performance of such, you will need proven leadership experience, and resilience, to ensure HR delivers to the broad needs of the organisation, through effective engagement with the business as it continues to grow. That proven experience will reinforce your strategic success, in delivering effective HR and Marketing initiatives across the disciplines, and for the broader organisation.

Your leadership will also be critically utilised for your own team to ensure that they deliver quality solutions to the business.  You will be able to effectively motivate the group and assist them with developing proactive systems and processes, while not taking their eyes off the considerable requirements of the “business as usual.”

You will therefore have proven experience, that reinforces your strategic success, both for your discipline, and for the broader organisation. You will have experience within a commercially focused organisation and understand the need to achieve a return on investment.

The organisation has very clear delivery goals, with their people being at the core of those. Only through an engaged and supported high performing workforce can they continue to deliver and enhance the service their clients expect, and need, for their wellbeing.
